New Gear Speed Date - No other industry event where you're guaranteed 60+ media meetings
- Pitch dozens of the most powerful gear review media on Day 1 afternoon
- 10 minutes with a pod of 3-5 journalists, after which, journalists rotate
- One 10x10 space, pipe/drape included, no drayage fees
- The media list beforehand to research each journalist before meeting
- Journalist will vote on their favorite products. Winners announced Day 3 at Outdoor Media Awards
- Brands that sponsor New Gear Speed Date will be invited to New Gear Campout at no extra cost!*
- Invitation to New Gear Campout is not an invitation to activate. There is a separate cost to activate at New Gear Campout. Only 8 brands will be invited to activate at New Gear Campout
Editor's Choice Awards
As editors and gear freelancers walk into New Gear Speed Date, we will hand them a voting card with one gear item per brand. Media will vote on their favorite gear and drop off the cards as they walk out. This award is unique in that it's a consensus among the gear review community versus being an award from one publication. We'll announce winners at Outdoor Media Awards on Day 3 and send an asset package with digital icons that you can use on Product Pages, social and other marketing.
2 All Inclusive Tickets
Each All Inclusive Ticket includes lodging for the nights of 10/27 and 10/28 at (hotel to be announced soon!), 6 meals, 3 happy hours, excursions, round trip shuttles to/from the airport and access to the best education for marketers in outdoor.
