Rachel Piacenza is the Senior Director of Marketing at the Recreational Boating & Fishing Foundation (RBFF), with 15 years’ experience driving marketing initiatives among consumers and state fish & wildlife stakeholders. Overseeing national consumer and state marketing brand strategies through RBFF’s Take Me Fishing™ campaign, she has spent her entire career inspiring others to enjoy the benefits of fishing and boating while conserving our aquatic and natural resources. Formerly at the Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources, Rachel led statewide aquatic recruitment, retention and reactivation efforts and youth education programs. She holds a BBA in Marketing and General Business from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater, a mini-MBA from Rutgers University, and an Executive Leadership Certification from Cornell University. An avid angler and youth sports coach, Rachel balances her professional prowess with active engagement.
