Earl is the creator of The Unity Blaze Way , the national symbol of invitation and welcome, and ROI+ -Return On Invitation + Unity = Participation and Revenue, a business strategy built on a simple principle: when more folks are sincerely invited and genuinely welcomed, participation grows and participation drives revenue.
The Unity Folks™ works with state parks, outdoor organizations, nonprofits, colleges and universities, tourism organizations, and businesses to develop sincere, meaningful, measurable, and sustainable strategies that reach new audiences, strengthen communities, and create economic opportunity.
Before founding The Unity Folks™, Earl served as Vice President of Sales for SylvanSport, helping grow annual revenue from less than $1 million to nearly $20 million in four years. Since 2019, he has delivered more than 260 keynote presentations and worked with organizations across the country.
