Mark Deming is the Chief Marketing Officer at employee-owned NRS. His role spans marketing, sales and product development. In nearly 15 years at NRS, he has helped lead the 52-year-old company’s transformation from a mail-order distributor and retailer to a global lifestyle brand. Mark is active in conservation and stewardship, leading NRS nonprofit partnerships, serving on the Palouse Land Trust board of directors, and volunteering his time to build and maintain trails. He is based at NRS headquarters in Moscow, Idaho and has spent a lifetime exploring the rivers and mountains of the American West and beyond.
