Scavenger Hunt (Early Early Bird)
During the Scavenger Hunt, attendees split into teams and participate in product demos all across Missoula in a way that is memorable and interactive. Brands will have 20 minutes to lead an activation for 8 teams over 4 hours. Gamifying your activation is encouraged. OMS staff can help come up with the activation and help track points/social media engagement to announce winners on Day 3 at Outdoor Media Awards.
Breakfast with Brands (Included with New Gear Speed Date for 2024)
On the morning of Day 2, brand sponsors will host a breakfast table where their logo will be displayed prominently with whatever swag they want to place at the table. Attendees will grab their breakfast from a buffet line and have a choice of which table to sit at. This is a networking opportunity meet journalists in a semi-intimate breakfast setting.
2 All Inclusive Tickets
Each All Inclusive Ticket includes lodging for the nights of 10/14 and 10/15 at Holiday Inn Missoula Downtown, an IHG Hotel, 6 meals, 3 happy hours, round trip shuttles to/from the airport and access to the best education for marketers in outdoor.
