This is Attendee Email #3 – your final updates and reminders.

Registration Locations

– Day 1 (Mon 10/27) – Registration will be at the DoubleTree Hotel
– Day 2 (Tues 10/28) – Registration will be at the D&SNG Train Museum

Attendee Update #2 – 9/26/2025

Can you believe we’re one month away from Outdoor Media Summit?! This is a big update email so read carefully!

Your Hotel Information

Please refer to your email for the name of your hotel and check-in and check-out dates. If you see any issues, please let us know.

Pre and Post Nights

If you need to book the nights of Sun, Oct 26th or Wed, Oct 29th, please call the hotel you’re staying at directly. Wait until Mon, Sept 29 to contact the hotel, as they’re working to finalize our rooming lists. 

  • DoubleTree Hotel – 970-382-3915 and ask for Carrie Eschle
  • Strater Hotel – 970-247-4431 

You must mention “Outdoor Media Summit” to receive the discounted hotel block room rate.

Shuttle Information
OMS will host shuttles to and from the Durango airport to our conference hotels on Sunday, Oct 26 and Weds, Oct 29. If you need a ride outside of those dates, please use Uber (limited availability) or book a taxi.

Expect a full shuttle schedule in the next update email around mid-October.

Pick Your Excursion
Sign up here by Oct 10th to book your OMS Excursion!  BTW, Osprey and GU really wanted to invite to their Excursion =D

Choose wisely! Spots are first come, first serve – and you cannot change your Excursion after signing up. If you do not sign up for an Excursion spot by Oct 10th, we will assign you one.

New Gear Speed Date Instructions (For Media)

Arrive the DoubleTree by 12:45 PM on Mon, Oct 27th for New Gear Speed Date. We’ll send out detailed instructions in the next Attendee Update email, but for a teaser, here’s video footage of last year’s New Gear Speed Date!

Affiliate Marketing Workshop Sign-up (For Brands)

Brands that are not participating in New Gear Speed Date are invited to book a 1-on-1 meeting with an Avantlink team member on Mon, Oct 27. This event takes place in the Oak Room at the Strater Hotel from 2 PM to 5 PM.

Attendee Update #1 – 8/28/2025

We’re two months away from Outdoor Media Summit 2025 – and this is the first attendee update email of many!

Expect 3-5 Attendee Update Emails from now ‘til showtime (Sponsors and Speakers will get additional Update Emails that pertain to your sponsorship/speaking). 

Read these emails carefully; they’ll include everything you need to know to maximize your OMS experience. Each email will include a link to the archive of previous emails in case you need to look back.

When to Arrive and Depart
The conference officially starts on Mon, Oct 27th at 1 PM and ends Wed, Oct 29th at 2:30 PM (for folks sticking around, we’ll hike until 6 PM). Detailed schedule here.

Pre and Post Hotel Nights (Nights of the 26th and 29th)
If you’re arriving Sun, Oct 26th or needing to book the night of Wed Oct 29th, click here and select your attendee type to book at the discounted group rate.

What hotel am I in?
Media and Sponsors of New Gear Speed Date and Excursions will be staying at DoubleTree Downtown. Non-Sponsoring Brands, Industry and other attendees will stay at either the DoubleTree or Historic Strater Hotel. Please be patient as we work diligently to organize hotel logistics.

Expect your hotel confirmation email around October 1st!
