Attendee Update Emails include everything you need to know to prepare for OMS so please read them carefully

Schedule
Here’s the current event schedule and we are updating weekly! Below are start times for Day 1 to help you plan when to arrive.

Day 1 | Start Time

• New Gear Speed Date* and Education Speed Date**
  • Exhibitor Setup Window: 7 AM – 11 AM
  • Lunch: 11 AM – 12 PM
  • Speed Date Start: 12 PM
  • Speed Date End: 5:30 PM 

*New Gear Speed Date for media and exhibiting brands
**Education Speed Date for all other attendees

Other Key Times

• Hotel Check In: 3 PM (bag check available in lobby)
• Opening Night Reception (for All Attendees): Buses depart for Sierra Nevada Brewing at 6:00 PM (meet at Crowne Plaza lobby)

Pre and Post Hotel Nights
Exhibitors and/or early/late arrivals or departures can book the night of 9/27 or 9/30 at the discounted group rate here.

Shuttle Information
Airport shuttles to/from Asheville Regional Airport and Crowne Plaza Resort will run from 9 AM – 5 PM on Monday, Sept 28 and Wednesday, Sept 30.
