New Gear Campout
Campout at Autocamp Asheville
VIP media attendees are invited to “camp” with us at Autocamp Asheville on Sunday, September 27th. This is an invite-only networking and gear testing event!
Lodging: While we wont actually be camping this year, you’ll stay in a private Airstream cabin at Autocamp.
What’s Included: There is no additional cost to this event and is our way of saying thank you for attending / speaking at OMS 2026. Campout includes accommodations, shuttles, and all meals/drinks.
Schedule: The schedule is in progress! All you need to do is show up and have a good time (and test out some of the gear that brands bring along)!

Sunday, Sept 27
2-6 PM – Arrivals + Settle in and Explore
3:30-6 PM – Campout Brand Activations
6 PM – Dinner at Autocamp
7 PM – Bonfire and S’mores
7:30 PM – Post-Sunset Activity
Monday, Sept 28
7:30-9 AM – Breakfast at Autocamp
9 AM – Shuttles to OMS + Hotel (Crowne Plaza Resort)
10 AM – New Gear Speed Date setup (for sponsors)
1 PM – New Gear Speed Date starts (for media)
