1. Bring your client into our community of media-landscape thought leaders for New Gear Speed Date or Excursions at Outdoor Media Summit 2025.
2. We’ll throw in an All-Inclusive Ticket* for you! (Normally sponsorships include two (2) All-Inclusive Tickets. We’ll throw in a third for you!) You will also receive access to our coveted list of media attendees for follow up after the conference.
3. We’ll throw in an additional All-Inclusive Ticket for any additional brands you sign on as sponsors, so other folks from your team can join as well. If you don’t need the additional tickets, we’ll discount $1k off your client’s bill (or cut you a check for $1k. Your choice!)

5. If any of your clients are interested, let’s hop on a call! If you know your clients are already interested, just let us know and we can get you a proposal to present to them.
6. The PR agency that brings the most clients to OMS will win PR Partner of the Year. That agency will receive all leads that we get for the next year (we get a lot of brands asking if we do PR, we don’t. But we make a lot of referrals).
*All Inclusive Tickets include lodging for two nights 6 meals, 3 happy hours, roundtrip shuttles to/from the airport and access to the best education for media and marketers in the outdoor industry. In other words, once you get to the airport, you shouldn’t have to pull out your wallet.
Outdoor Media Summit (OMS) is the education conference for media, marketers, and brands in the outdoor industry to connect, share ideas, and build relationships. It is a place where writers, editors, podcasters, YouTubers, and social influencers can gather together to learn how they can work smarter and more efficiently.
This year’s OMS conference will take place in late October in beautiful Durango, Colorado. We are working closely with Visit Durango on adjacent FAMs and many exciting excursions. We encourage you to stay before or after for a vacation, and keep an eye out for our Slack group on carpooling from nearby markets.
In the past, OMS has hosted writers and editors from some of the top websites and print publications in the industry, including Outside, Backpacker, National Geographic, Gear Junkie, Elevation Outdoors, Gear Patrol, Business Insider, Digital Trends, and many more. The conference also hosts a number of freelancers and independent bloggers, and the top podcasters and video bloggers in the outdoor space.

At OMS, brands have the opportunity to meet and spend quality time with more than 100 members of the outdoor media. It is a chance to pitch products and ideas, plan editorial schedules, and discuss more comprehensive brand stories. Attendees can talk shop during breakout sessions, outdoor activities, or at the Breakfast with Brands event. And later, they can keep the conversation going over lunch or dinner.
With the outdoor trade show scene still in flux, the conference is the best place for brands and media to gather together.
Outdoor Media Summit is a great place to facilitate conversations between your brands and your friends in the media. You will also connect with members of the outdoor media you didn’t know, and grow your pitch list. It is a chance for you to spend quality time with your client both in and out of doors, to connect your clients with the right editors, podcasters, or other influencers in the outdoor space, in person.
