Lutze served 12 years at Red Bull – the majority of time was spent a Red Bull Athlete Marketing Manager, where he scouted, signed, and supported top athletes across various disciplines, gaining insights into sports marketing and athlete development

Currently his work includes Super Rider, a YouTube channel and newsletter offering tutorials and insights into mountain biking. He is also the co-host of Second Nature, co-founded with Dylan Bowman, a podcast and newsletter that delves into the business aspects of outdoor sports, featuring discussions with industry professionals and athletes.
