Miranda is the Content Creator behind Miranda Goes Outside! on YouTube and Instagram. After over a decade of working for outdoor retail giant REI, Miranda and her co-creator, former Hollywood producer and Seattle native Rainer Golden, started a series focused on sharing knowledge, enthusiasm, and camaraderie in the outdoors.
Now, after separating from REI, Miranda Goes Outside! has amassed almost 170k subscribers on YouTube in just two and a half years. Miranda seeks to share content that celebrates all aspects of a life outdoors – from the messy and challenging to the goofy and joyful. She’s been called a lot of things; “poop lady,” “grown-up Punky Brewster,” and, her personal favorite, “obnoxiously self-confident.”
