Travis Campbell is the owner and CEO of Eagle Creek, a 50-year-old adventure travel gear brand, located in Steamboat Springs, CO, where he is living out his dream of building a great company, his love of the outdoors, and mountain town living.  Prior to acquiring Eagle Creek in the fall of 2021, Travis spent five years with VF Corporation, one of the leading global apparel and footwear companies. In his time at VF, he served as President of Smartwool, GM Americas for The North Face, and President of Emerging Brands. Travis joined VF in January 2017, following nearly 16 years at Far Bank Enterprises where he was CEO for the final 8 years of his tenure and concentrated on the organization’s long-term strategic vision of the multi-branded group of companies. During his career, Travis has served on the board of the Outdoor Industry Association, rising to board chairman, and the board of the American Fly Fishing Trade Association. Travis believes strongly in the power of business as a force for good and is a vocal advocate for the Outdoor Industry and the public lands on which it depends.
