New Gear Campout Signup for Media

Media speakers and VVIPs are invited to camp out with us at Lubrecht State Experimental Forest on October 13th, for an intimate pre-conference gear testing event! We'll provide the venue, shuttles and meals and all you need to do is show up and have a good time (and hopefully review some of the gear that brands bring along!)

There is no additional cost to this event and is our way of saying thank you for speaking this year.

There are several options for lodging. While there is no additional cost to reserve a cabin, they are limited in quantity so let us know asap if this is the option you prefer so we can try to accommodate. Click here for more info on cabins. Keep in mind they are heated via wood burning stove, but bathrooms are off-site. All beds will have pillows but you'll need to bring a sleeping bag.

*If you decide to sleep under the stars in a system that NEMO Equipment or ENO provides, you won't need to bring a sleeping bag.
