We are excited to announce the host and presenting sponsor for the OMS 2021 Opening
Night Reception — BOA® Technology!

All OMS ticket-holders are invited to arrive in Denver on Monday, September 27th and meet
us at BOA HQ between 4:00pm – 7:00pm. Refreshments and a place to relax and mingle
with summit-goers will be provided in the afternoon, with food and drinks later in the
evening.

In an effort to reduce the number of single-vehicle trips from Denver up to the Ridgeline
Hotel in Estes Park, we will be providing group transportation from BOA HQ at the event’s
conclusion at 7:00pm.

After a year of emails and zoom calls, I know I’ve come to appreciate the value of human contact more than ever. I’ll never take that for granted again. The opportunity to make new connections and solidify meaningful relationships just doesn’t happen digitally. And I can’t think of a more epic setting than Lake Tahoe to do that.

Outdoor Media Summit is back on the calendar!

With only a handful of cancellations despite a year of uncertainty, we owe a big thank you to all of our sponsors, speakers, attendees and partners including The Ridgeline Hotel and Visit Estes Park for sticking with us.

Our biggest priority for rescheduling has been safety and preserving the best of OMS. In conversations with attendees and sponsors, we were encouraged not to rush back too quickly if it meant settling for a sub-par event.

With that in mind, Outdoor Media Summit 2021 has officially been rescheduled for September 27-29 at The Ridgeline Hotel in Estes Park, Colorado. The latest forecasts indicate that by September an increasing majority of us will be starting to feel confident traveling and interacting once again.

Of course health & safety is our #1 concern, which means we will be following the most up-to-date guidelines for the state of Colorado, which you can find here. Our hotel partner, The Ridgeline will also be practicing a full resume of protocols that will ensure that everyone will be able to stay safe and healthy.

We’re moving again! The battle is far from over with Covid-19 and have decided to move Outdoor Media Summit to May 3-5. This way we can make sure our attendees and team are safe while timing the show around the availability of a vaccine.

Coincidentally, OMS will be one of the first outdoor events to happen after a long hiatus. At this point, we are still overbooked (despite a few cancellations) and we’re still expecting a full house which is so, so, so exciting.

We are excited to announce that we’ve rescheduled Outdoor Media Summit to October 19-21.

While we expect the world to return to a state of semi-normalcy in six months, there will be many new normals that we’ll have to adapt to. We don’t know what those new normals will look like today but we imagine there will be new social distancing guidelines and new maximum capacity limits. And who knows; we may even have a vaccine / treatment by then that reduces the severity of Covid-19.

While there’s a lot we still don’t know, we do know that we’re moving forward! We believe that in six months, there will be clear guidelines for events like ours on how to gather safely.

Your purchased tickets are still good for our new dates! Stay safe and stay tuned for more details as they come.
